Flutters in stomach

I had a miscarriage a few months ago. And recently I have been experiencing weird flutters in my stomach. On top of that I have headaches often and feel a tad under the weather. I am unsure if it’s an early pregnancy symptom. Or maybe I’m just thinking that it’s all in my head and everything associated with me is a baby.
