does this sound like TMJ or something else?

I've had TMJ before, but what I have now feels much different so I'm not sure if it's the same. When I open my mouth wide or talk a lot I get sharp pains in 1 eye and the top center of my head. No pain in my jawline or noticeable swelling or lockjaw. When I've had TMJ before I usually get the pain in my jaw muscles, inability to open my mouth as wide as usual, and I get it from mainly chewing. What do you think? Also I tend to get TMJ when I'm overly stressed and I'm not stressed recently
