I'm 24 and TTC for 5 months. I'm 14 days post ovulation. Yesterday I felt what I thought was mild cramps but didn't feel like period cramps, more like pinching. It wasn't bothering me much but it's kept me awake for a few hours now and is stronger. I feel a bit shaky and a little sick but not much. I'm too scared to get my hopes up and don't want to tell me partner as he'll get excited. Any advice?
