Yeast infection

Need to get rid of yeast infection now or at least soothe it for the night. Looked up home remedies and I literally have no yogurt, garlic or apple cider vinegar. Will normal distilled vinegar work? I don’t want it any worse but I’m so dry right now I can’t even sleep
