Freaking out !!

So it all started with a little bump on the side in the inside of my vagina. Now it’s bigger and it spread and it hurts to sit. I am currently pregnant I took a test and I have a 4 month old as well. Just want to clarify that my husband and I have never slept with anyone else but each other. ThT being said, what should I do ? If I make an appointment with my physician it’ll take some time to see her plus I’m assuming she’ll prob refer me.
