Making changes
I miscarried at the beginning of this month and I had a friend give me advice on oils and cleanses to help with ttc. I've cut out meat, dairy, and gluten. I've been reading up. And I'm ready to start using oils to destress and cleanse myself, husband, and the house! It just feels better knowing things are clean and I'm making a better future for babies to come!
