Relationship expiration date ?

So me and my bf had a rough start in our relationship. He didn't really show effort in the beginning and he was childish on how he handled the relationship however he never cheated. He was loyal and always told me anything because our friendship remained strong throughout the relationship. However, eventually my parents started seeing the way he acted and started to dislike him. So they started putting it in my head that I should break up with him.. so eventually I did but I still cared about him.

NOW... ever since I did , he woke up stopped taking me for granted and he's chased me like never before. I decided to meet up with him to talk and ever since he's CHANGED. Like I know its genuine. He treats me great, he communicates more, he goes above and beyond to see me now, he's proven himself of changing for me just to keep me in his life.

Now this ^ has all occurred secretly because my parents think we've already broken up and my bf knows that too ....

NOW. My bf keeps telling me to tell my parents we back on ( cause I told him I told em) BUTTTTTTTTTT........ my parents are the ones who told me I deserved better and need to live o from him bc they were upset. I can't tell them I'm getting back together bc apparently he's gone like I told them.

Idk what to do now bc this guy is truly the guy I wanted him to be and he did change bc of me and I I SEE THE EFFORT but it's too late :/ I love this guy and whenever I see him I feel itslike the last time I see him bc it's either disappointing him or parents and my parents have given me so much ... so help!??

WHAT SHOULD I DO🤧 you got the love of your life waiting for you to tell ur parents but you know deep down they don't like him after what he did before and they would never let u back with him again due too first impressions but he's changed just for you.
