Eat BEFORE or AFTER exercising?
Posting this in CC because people get really pissed when you talk about when they eat or when they should eat in regards to exercising.
I've had people swear you should eat before (and give a certain amount of time before exercising too), and I've had people swear you're not supposed to eat until after (and exercise on an empty stomach).
My SO is one who is dead set on the idea that you shouldn't eat until after, no matter how hungry you are. But personally I just can't do that. I can't be running a mile while my stomach's growling lol
So what do you ladies think? Before, after or both?
