My baby NEVER SLEEPS!!

I swear I'm going to lose my mind and patience very very soon. I'm up every hour, sometimes every 30 minutes feeding throughout the night. Then during the day he takes about 2 one hour naps. I am SO sleep deprived and need help with any suggestions that will help. PLEASE! My baby is 6 weeks old and I'm strictly just breast feeding to the breast, no bottles.
