38 weeks and tons of pressure on previous csection scar

Just as the title says, I'm having an extreme amount of pressure on my previous csection scar, whether I'm sitting or worse when I'm standing. it has been this way for a week now, though today it's almost too uncomfortable to walk. It almost feels like something is going to pop. I've had 2 previous csections, the last one being 9 years ago. I realize the baby is head down and very low, but I'm just worried about strain on the scar and rupture. Thoughts? Thanks!
