Coconut oil on baby's face?

My daughter has really bad baby acne and a lot of dry skin especially on her face. Is coconut oil safe and effective to put on her face? And if so, how many times a day should I use it?

Yes! My little girl has terrible dry skin patches, eczema/baby acne and coconut oil and breast milk are the only things that seem to help. I put it on morning and night. Sometimes in the middle of the day if were home

My son had some sort of rash on his cheeks when he was a tiny baby. I used coconut oil and it worked great. I applied it after his bath at night and again in the morning when I woke up for the day (about 12 hours later).
