Baby startling!
Anyone else have trouble with their babies startling themselves awake? My daughter recently starting doing this and now cannot sleep more than a few minutes at a time once I lay her down. If I’m holding her she’s fine, but if I lay her down she jumps like she’s scared, wakes up, and can’t go back to sleep. I’m exhausted 😓
