When to eat Pineapple core ?

Bought a fresh pineapple , just starting to get ripe. Ive read that pineapple core can help with implantation but when do you start eating it ? Im currently in my fertile window. Expecting to ovulate tomorrow according to GLOW , should i start eating it tonight ?

1-5dpo. I didn't eat the pineapple core though (yuck!). I just took 500mg Bromelain tablets and it worked for me!

Yes, but not all at once! Separate it so you can have a little of if over the course of your fertile days. I put mine (core pieces, mixed with normal pieces) in 5 little baggies, then ate them in the mornings. I got pregnant the cycle I did this- not sure if it actually helped or not haha! Baby dust to you!
