Decided to do it early bc we're expecting baby girl in a few weeks. Really don't want to buy another crib, so we're going to keep her in a pack n play for a few months, then transition her into my son's old crib. We wanted him to get used to sleeping in the bed before she arrived so we made the change! This is what happened...
