ladies please tell me this will pass.. I planned on having a drug free birth, but after being in labor for 13 hours and dilated to a 5 when I got to the hospital I asked for it (and still regret not trying other methods first..). While in labor I was numb, but as baby got lower I felt pain in pressure in my lower back and top of my bum. I was told it was good that I felt it and that did help me push! But now, 11 days pp and I still have a constant ache in my lower back and bum.. I have to take painkillers to sleep or I just can't. Will this be a permanent thing? would seeing a chiropractor help? I'm so desperate not to feel this! I wish I had just gone drug free
