non/hodgkins lymphoma
Are there anyone else who has non hogkins or just Hodgkin's lymphoma on here?
I need a few questions answered desperately😬
1.symptoms
2.what tests did you have to diagnose it
3.treatment & side affects
4.can I still work
Here's my story so far, on the left side of my neck my glands seem swollen and hard, they stick out and very noticeable, I went to the doctor to see what they could be as I was concerned, my symptoms included: the lumps, fatigue, loss of appetite, night sweats and headaches.
My gp referred me straight to a blood specialist who felt the lumps etc and then made me have blood tests there and then, he also checked them and then told me that it isn'tleukaemia (thank god) but he isn't ruling out any other forms of cancer.
I then had to have full body CT scans and now I'm waiting for my results tomorrow.
I was told that it's lymphoma that they are searching for mostly atm but wherever I read about it I'm not getting the answers I need😬
Can anyone please help and give advice and possibly answer my questions please? Hugely appreciated!x
