Strength Training While Pregnant?
I was wondering if it’s safe to start a strength training regimen while pregnant. I’m pretty healthy and moderately fit from daily cardio but I really want to add some strength training to the mix.
I’m sure plenty of you were able to lift throughout your pregnancies, but any words of advice on things I should avoid or lookout for?
I’m still super early (4.5 weeks) so assume most restrictions won’t occur until much later.
But I’d love to hear all of your thoughts and experiences!
