2 Positive OPKs at 5 days apart!! How is this possible?!

I'm TTC for about 6 months and every month i take this opk...i normally don't test anymore before i get a positive but on 30.09. i've feld a little abdominal pain exactly the same when i ovulate. I've took the test and it came out positiv...i'm very confused. I need help 😞

Sometimes when people have PCOS they can gear up to ovulate and get a positive OPK but never actually ovulate then gear up again a while later and actually ovulate the second time.

I’m sure it can happen on occasion for other reasons, like if you had a lot of stress around ovulation or something. If this was a one time occurrence, then I doubt it’s PCOS. If this happens a lot, I would get checked out.

No, on 30. i was on CD 18 ...
