Out of shape
I know ttc is hard for overweight women I'm 22 and I weigh 207 I find it very difficult to change my eating habits because my husbands eating habits are not so good. I also have a hard time getting in the mood for exercise also because my husband works outside and does or has minimal interest in starting a small workout I need ideas in how you ladies got motivated to actually start and stick to yalls journey. I was weighing 169 when I first moved in I want to make my way back to that to have a better pregnancy then I would at 207 I know embarrassing but I really want to get back at what I was at before 😭
