My babygirl is here and 1 week old already. Time is already flying. My due date was September 20th and I was set to be induced September 27th. I went to the OB on September 22nd for my stress test and ultrasound to make sure we are set for induction. She asked if I wanted her to try stripping my membranes and I figured why not. Never ever ever thought it would work because I was barely dilated (1cm) and having no symptoms or contractions. 3 hours later contractions started long and hard. Went to the hospital and was in labor. By 3cm dilated my contractions were so intense there was no break between them. I labored for a long 22 hours and pushed for 1 1/2 hours... most painful and intense thing I’ve ever done in my life but omg it was so worth every single second.
