I'm so confused... this month I ovulated almost a week and a half later than I normally do and then I started my period less than a week after my peak day. Is this my period or is this implantation bleeding...? I had pretty painful cramps the first two hours I started bleeding... I don't think I have had any clots but it has been red blood. I have only been bleeding for 24 hrs and it has been very light. But how light is light... I haven't been filling tampons in 8 hour period.

Any thoughts?
