Hi ladies!
I’m seeking some fitness advice. I’m 194 and barely 5 ft. I want to lose at least 40 pounds but I’ll be honest...I haven’t worked out in years. Like since 2010 😩 I barely have time to work out because I have 2 toddlers as well as I’m a full time store manager. I need workout plans, tips, everything.
