I don’t understand

I’ve only been off my period for 9 days now & at around 5dpo I was having light cramps with a small amount of pink bleeding for 2 days. Last night before going to sleep I felt crampy & went to the bathroom & had clots but woke up this morning completely dry. What is happening to me?!
