Help!

I tested positive on opk yesterday afternoon and BD immediately. This was before I realised saliva kills sperms!! I gave DH oral (sorry tmi) before using preseed. Measured a thermal shift this morning - which I think it means I already ovulated. Didn't manage to bd this morning. Now I'm not sure if my chances of pregnancy are high. Is it too late if i BD at night??
