Okay you guys here is my story someone please help! git mirena as a last resort to birth control but was having pain and has been spotting since me cycle only to find out on 9/12, the day after my birthday, that my body was trying to expel the mirena so it had pushed it out of place which would explain the pain so pee my instincts and a brief conversation with my husband over the phone while at the doctor's office I decided to not get it replaced. we had been up in the air about having another child so we decided to go ahead since I've tried every birth control an since I just turned 33 on 9/11. my period came on on 9/13 and according to glow my fertile period should have been between 9/22 and 9/28 but normally I feel pain and ovulation cramping but I didn't feel anything during those days. I felt a little cramping yesterday and have been super sleep all day tired the entire weekend and today I feel like there is something sitting on the left side on my fallopian tube. I've also been moody and experiencing little cramping. I'm really not sure of I ovulated sooner and could be pregnant or if it's early pms. Help!
