My son is one month now and I'm realizing I don't really know what I'm doing on the hygiene front. He's had one real bath (I know we're terrible) and we just wipe him thoroughly after each diaper or spit up mess. He's never had any diaper rash or skin issues so far until this week, the skin on his hairline is getting dry/chapped and that's what's made me realize I don't know anything about how often to bathe him or use lotion etc. I just read research on how they don't need frequent baths if they're being spot cleaned with wipes, but I feel like a crappy parent not bathing him more. What are y'all doing?
