Car seat safe jacket

Has anyone used a car seat safe jacket or poncho for their LO that they would rec? My LO will be 10 months in a few days and it’s beginning to get cold in NYC. Her dad takes her to daycare and they have about a 10-15 mins walk in the early morning. TIA
