Cramping during masturbation

So I'm like 3-4 days into my TWW and I know I won't have symptoms right now but (sorry for TMI) today I masturbated and cramped really bad afterwards and am still cramping. Is that bad or normal or anything? it never usually happens and makes me nervous.
