Help! I cut my baby’s fingernails and cut one too short and now it’s bleeding. I feel so bad 😢😢😢 is he going to be ok?!

I don't feel it's necessary to cut them when they are so little. I didn't have to cut my first sons until he was a few months old, they broke off their self. I have a almost 6 week old now and plan too do the same, his too break off on their own due to being so thin.

I did this when my little un was 2 weeks old oh my god he screamed then I started crying coz i felt so so bad I felt like the worse mum in the world but I just dabbed warm cotton pad on it everyday to keep it clean and it cleared up in two days! X

He’ll be okay!! My husband cut our first when cutting his fingernails and I swear to you that my husband broke down into tears. He felt so horrible lol but it happens to just about every parent.

I did the same thing 3 weeks ago. I felt so bad. I kept apologizing to her. Hell I still apologize for it. I'll never do anything to hurt my daughter that broke my heart more than anything in this world. She literally cried for 30 seconds I cried for a hour.

OMG!! I actually cut my daughter's skin!! She cried and I almost lost it. I felt so horrible. It bled forever. My mom said don't even bother with trying to cut them. She said when she's sleeping just bite them off. They are paper thin and it's easier to bite them off. I won't use the clippers EVER again 😰😰
