Positive OPK!

I finally got a positive OPK this morning. I'm pretty new to TTC, this is our second month, so this might seem like a simple question to some. I've read the tests detect an "LH surge" which means I would ovulate within 12-36 hours. So my question is, should I count today or tomorrow as my day of ovulation?
