Anyone had this happen?

I'm on my second month of letrozole this month was 5mg the on October 21st day 10 of my cycle I started the cycle monitoring day 11 the 22nd I had to do in again later on in the day they called told me the dr wanted me to do the shot so I did. Then last night me and my husband were having sex and he asked are you due for your period soon I look and seen that, there was some pain and cramping nothing horrible while we were having sex and afterwards I had a bit of discomfort on the left side which was where I had the biggest follicle. Nothing now completely back to normal. Is this normal or anyone else experience it?
