How do I explain panic disorder?
I have GAD and panic disorder and I'm constantly feeling frustrated when my friends and coworkers ask me if I'm sick when I look bad after a day of panic attacks. How do I explain? Do I say yes just to push off the awkward conversation, or should I go into detail about how sometimes it's a miracle that I get out of bed in the morning. It's been getting worse and I'm finding myself in these situations more and more often. Any advice is appreciated
