Running low temp

so I have been TTC for about 2 years. AF is due in about 5 days. I have been feeling nauseous and running a low temp 99.3 to about 100.3 for about 4 days. POS a day ago got a BFN. Think it was a little early for the test but I just want to know. could this be the 1st time I get a BFP? has anyone felt the same before getting a positive result? am I just getting my hopes up for them to be crushed?
