scared to call gyno. what do i say?

so for past 3 days I've been having bad back pain and occasionally have sharp pains in my abdominal area. but I'm not sure what to say when I call. they also haven't done a ultrasound and I've been to 3 appointmenta and everyone keeps saying they think it's twins. everyone is kinda freaking me out I don't know if I should be worried or if this is normal.

Anytime you have any pains or feel funny while pregnant your best bet is to call! While I’m sure it is normal and just round ligament pain, you need to call to make sure. You don’t want anything happening to you or the baby! Most of the time the nurse will ask you questions when you call, and then reassure you everything is okay and what to do 😃

How far along are you? As long as your not bleeding back pains and cramps are normal.. I also had sharp pains in the abdomen that came and it went and my ob says it's fine. It's probably your muscles and uterus growing. Just rest a lot and take bath to help with the back pain and I'm sure everything will be ok when you do get an ultrasound.

It’s good to call regardless. Some cramping happened for me. I also had normal pain. However, they were concerned at one point that I could have appendicitis (I didn’t). It’s always good to ask if you’re concerned because you’d kick yourself if something were actually wrong.
