Blighted Ovum?

Question

Had a miscarriage in January. Got a positive pregnancy test, should be 7 weeks 2 days. Had first OB appointment today and there was a gestational sac with no baby. Has anyone ever had a positive outcome? Could this be a blighted Ovum? Anyone who has had one, what are the symptoms?

I had one in 2014, there are no symptoms of it :( Everything seems like a normal pregnancy, hcg levels rise and everything. Do another follow up ultrasound to make sure. I'm so sorry you're going through this.

I am in the exact same boat!!! Still waiting 3 more days to see if there’s a little one in there. I’ve seen SOOOO many positive outcomes on this situation though. It being too early, ovulating late, dates off, etc. Don’t lose hope & I know how hard it is to stay positive, but negative thoughts won’t do you any good. Stay strong & baby dust to you💕

Keep positive until they specifically tell you..I know it's hard but it's very possible it's too early..the us tech told me last week even a few days can make a big difference. My husband was very discouraged and was surprised I wasn't I just told him it's not over until it's over. Idk why I was not super upset but I wasn't. I knew it was a possibility but I just thought about how small everything is and how quickly things grow and change..🤞🤞fingers crossed for you!

I just had my first ultrasound. I thought I was 6w1d but I was measuring 5w2d. I go back in a week to see if things have changed. There was nothing in the sac that I could see. I'm super anxious now and really worried. I have a healthy 3 year old daughter and I have had two miscarriages after her so I'm super upset. But thanks for all y'alls encouraging post! They have helped a lot!

Are you sure you are 7w could you be earlier? How are your hcg levels
