I didn't wait to tell those closet this time and I'm glad I didn't. We miscarried and I truly needed that support when hubby was at work or coaching. I was a mess and still have moments.

We told my family at 5 weeks. I miscarried at 6. I don’t regret it one single bit. I’m very close with my family and there’s no way I would have wanted to go through it alone. My family was very respectful of my space and didn’t prod.

I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks. I ended up in the ER on a Saturday and we had a planned dinner to tell my parents on Sunday. The only reason I was going to tell them then was because my dad travels a lot and I wasn't sure when the next time I would see him. And I didn't want him getting the news second hand from my mom. None of the family knows that i was ever pregnant. Next time around, we still plan on waiting until around 13 weeks to announce to everyone.
