It's not really a yes or no answer. Could be anything from ovulation to period cramps, muscle spasms or gas. However, implantation pain is like a 'pinch' that last from 10 seconds to a couple of minutes and the cramps are like your pants are on too tight. Hope that helps. Baby dust ✨
