Tampons hurting like hell to take out!

So I went to the genealogist and they told me I have a vaginal septum which means I have a separate hymen that goes horizontally and separates the vagina so there are two openings instead of one. This made it hard for me to use tampons for a while. Recently I began to use them and I could get them in and wear them just fine but when it comes time to take them out it hurts like HELL. They are not dry they are completely soaked and it's a terrible sharp pain tansy goes away once the tampon is out. The tampon is getting stuck on the hymen. Does anyone else experience this or have tips on how to remove it without have enormous amounts of pain?
