Braxton Hicks

I'm having Braxton hicks contractions, but they are getting closer together. They are coming about every 10 minutes.

I drank a bottle of water, changed positions, trying to relax but Im a bit freaked out.

I'm 28 weeks. I would call my doctors office but it's 8:30pm.

This is my first baby so this could be normal, I just have no idea lol.

UPDATE:

Called the hospital... they said if you're concerned or if they get painful come in. Not much information.

Been having them every 10-15 minutes since 8:30 and it's now 10:30.
