Binge eating 😕

So... I recently adopted a clean eating lifestyle. I am into my second month and just struggling with intense cravings for junk. I settle for making healthier alternatives for example No-bake cookies made with honey, bananas, and coconut oil instead of sugar and butter. Then I continue to eat the entire batch of cookies. This is the second night in row where I have consumed over 1000 calories in one meal. It is such an odd feeling just this need to eat them all. I tell myself that eating them all means I can start fresh tomorrow and eat until I am in pain.

I don’t think I am going to continue to make cleanier alternatives; I am not sure have I so much self control in one aspect of my diet and legit zero in another. Is it better to eat the healthier alternative than a small amount of normal serving.

How do you guys deal with cravings?

I am slowly bringing my child to the dark side of healthy snacks but she still ask for cheez it and animal cookies, etc. So my pantry tempts me on a daily basis.
