Arm&Hammer Nasal Spray?

My husband came home with some Arm&Hammer; saline spray. We always use the “Little Remedies” so I am unsure of this new one. Baking soda though? 
Does anyone else use this? My son is 4 months old.

Read the ingredients and compare to little remedies. It is probably the same, saline spray is saline spray. The only difference is probably that the little remedies had a smaller part that goes in the nose and costs more.
