Tinder guy

Ok girls , so I've been talking to this guy on tinder for almost a year now . We were talking all this summer but not as much since he was away at an internship . We still have yet to meet and was planning to do so before the end of September. Well out of no where he stops texting and snapping me . We follow each other on insta and I saw he was with another girl . Should I be mad or upset that he didn't tell me and lead me on thinking we would meet up and hangout ? He even told me that we should date and when we meet it was going to be a perfect match . Well now that he ghosted me I'm sad because I really liked him .. I don't know what to do
