Question?

Okay guys... well my last period was August 23rd well I was bleeding a lot well the next day I was bleeding heavily and hurting so bad well I went to the hospital and the doctor was all I'm not sure if you had a miscarriage or not your gonna have to go see your obgyn well I went home and stood up and I had this worst pain and this is what came out of me... wel guys I haven't had a period all September and it's already act 2 so idk if I should take a test or what
