Need Mosquito net help!!

A couple of days ago, we moved My 3.5 month old daughter out of the basinette, into the top part of the main cot. This morning, I woke up to find her wrapped in her mosquito net like a sausage roll. She's fine; unscathed and unbothered, but obviously, this is a huge problem!

It's dengue season here, so she needs the net, but she's also liking the texture of mosquito nets, and is obviously pulling it through the bars, which is loosening it, so it starts to drop down.

So, I could do with some ideas!

I've thought about lowering the cot to the bottom setting, and putting cot bumpers around the lower half, so she can't grab the net, but the internet informs me that I'd be a terrible parent and will suffocate my child if I do this. I also can't find mesh bumpers here :/ (we live in India; not everything is available here, or can be delivered here)

Help!!

*before anyone says 'why the f did you take a photo before helping her' - after nearly having a heart attack, I did check her; she was asleep, obviously not dead. I took a photo because I knew I'd need some help in tackling the problem, and didn't think I could explain the problem in words properly.
