Has anyone experienced this? HELP

Hello all you lovely ladies at Glow. I am TTC and going crazy! My period is over 1 week late and for past week which gets worse every day I am experiencing. Severe night sweats. Bad nausea. Strong smells and food aversions. Sore boobs and general flu like fatgiue feeling. CM too. lots of BFN I have just woke up in a pool of sweat so did my first pee test on superdrug 10hcg . BFN! AGAIN!!!! Google scares me so going to Drs today. has this happened to any of you? it would make me feel sooo much better to know that this can happen?
