Infant Colic/acid reflux?

Question

My precious 5 day old baby is absolutely inconsolable and cries/screams whenever he is not on the breast. In total, he sleeps about 5 hours a day which seems very odd for a newborn baby. 
At first I thought his fussiness was because my milk had not come in, but I definitely have milk now and it's the same behavior :( 
We have a doctors appointment tomorrow. 
Is there anything that can be done?

Is he gassy? Do bicycle motions with his legs

Try swaddling and skin to skin. Also make sure you’re hydrated and eating well. You’re still getting to know your baby so keep trying different things and don’t get too discouraged ☺️ My baby is a month old and we’re still figuring her out.

keep him upright after he feeds for 30 min. my daughter also has reflux, she's 4 months now and we got baby zantac from the doctor around 1 month old because we were losing our minds with the crying, vomiting, fussiness. she's still a bit colicy, but much easier now and eats fine
