TWW- Praying for our rainbow

This is my husband and I's 6th cycle trying. I had a chemical at 7 weeks in May and another chemical two weeks ago. Ovulated yesterday and was told after talking to my OB that chemical pregnancies may be all I'll ever have on my own without fertility drugs. Yesterday was even harder because I found out a relative who wasn't trying and didn't know she was pregnant, is 4 months pregnant with a baby girl. I need some advice. Do you think I should get a second opinion or try progesterone?
