New sleep problems!

My daughter just turned 4 months. From birth she’s been a good sleeper only getting up once at night for a bottle. The last 2 weeks she slept straight through from 10-7:30am BUT the last 4 days she’s waken up throughout the night first around 3 I’ll give her her paci and she’ll fall asleep but again at 5-6am crying. I pick her up she falls right asleep but soon as I lay her back down she wakes up and again. I’m a walking zombie at work. Any suggestions??
