EMERGENCY PLEASE HELP update!

I just woke up and I had fallen asleep with my wedding rings on my hands got really swollen and now I can't get it off. I got the first part off by using lotion but it made my finger swell more in the process and now the other ring is so stuck and it hurts and I'm kinda starting to freak out does anyone know wtf to do or anything??

Soooo after a hour of panicked tugging at my ring and trying everything like the floss thing and so on I finally just fought through the pain and gave it a rest for about 15 minutes. it hurt like hell cause it was so tight but once the swelling seemed to go down at all I got it off with some dish soap and no water. the process killed and my fingers feel even more swollen this morning and I have some cuts on my finger from getting it off. But it's off non the less! thank you for all the advice !! sorry for the panic !
