Milk dried up

I'm 5 weeks pp and my milk has completely dried up. I try to latch my baby while formula is heating but he gets mad because there is nothing there for him. I drink water all the time, I pump regularly, and I'm taking fennuk... but still, nothing. For about two to three days I pumped 4oz... now I spend a half hour at the pump and get a few drops. What happened? Is there such a thing as women who just can't produce? I have practically given up and my husband shames me for it. I need to get my milk back but don't know what else to do. The next step is the dr. Please help.
